At AMIRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty technology purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Device

  Carefully place the AMIRO device and all included accessories back into the original premium packaging to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
